Cancellation & Return Policy

Vehicle Return

The renter must return the vehicle at the agreed time. The first hour of delay is free of charge. From the second hour onward, a fee equal to 1/3 of the daily rental rate applies per hour. After 3 hours of delay, a full daily rental rate will be charged.

Booking Cancellation Policy

At CM Cars, we apply the following refund schedule for booking deposits:

Cancellation 15 or more days before arrival: Full refund of the deposit.
Cancellation 8–14 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit.
Cancellation 7 or fewer days before arrival: The deposit is non-refundable.

Transaction Fees

In the event of a refund, please note that any bank fees, credit card processing fees, or transaction costs are covered by the customer and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
